SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and Legal holidays are processed on the next business day.

– Romania Delivery can take up to 3-10 working days.

– International – Delivery takes up to 14 working days. We ship by DHL.
*Free shipping For the orders that are minimum 600 lei, the shipping it’s free.

RETURN

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, making sure that :

– Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no traces of use or other stains).

– Articles have the label

We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items.

Allow 30 days for refund processing.

The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. All refunds will be made by bank transfer or Paypal.

Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
